Job Position: Human Resources (HR) Manager

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  1. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions within the company.
  2. You will play a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company’s goals and objectives.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  2. Manage recruitment and selection process
  3. Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding
  4. Administer payroll and benefits programs
  5. Oversee performance management process
  6. Handle employee relations and grievances
  7. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  8. Provide HR support and guidance to employees
  9. Conduct training and development programs
  10. Maintain HR records and data.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
  2. Minimum of 5 years experience in HR management role
  3. Knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and regulations
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Excellent organizational and time management skills
  6. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  7. Proficient in HR software and systems
  8. Professional certification in HR (e.g. CIPM, SHRM, PHRi) is a plus.
