Job Position: Human Resources Manager
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Job Summary
The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing HR operations, driving employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor regulations.
You will be responsible for building an efficient HR framework that supports our growth and evolving business needs.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks tailored to a fast-paced crypto/fintech environment.
- Handle employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Oversee payroll processing, employee benefits, and statutory compliance.
- Support training, career development, and capacity-building initiatives.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and relevant industry standards.
- Partner with leadership to foster a positive workplace culture aligned with company values.
- Provide HR insights and data-driven recommendations to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 3–5 years proven HR experience, preferably in fintech, cryptocurrency, or tech-driven industries.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
- Hands-on experience with HR software and tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) will be an added advantage.
Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 Monthly.
