Job Position: Human Resources Manager

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Serve as a strategic partner to our clients, understanding their unique HR needs and providing expert guidance and support.
  2. Effectively oversee high-volume recruitment processes and ensure closure in 48 hours.
  3. Oversee the end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and off-boarding.
  4. Create a system that generates a pool of candidates for frequently requested roles to ensure speed and efficiency in matching candidates to clients.
  5. Must be able to head a team and work with minimal supervision
  6. Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
  7. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with our clients’ business objectives and comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  8. Conduct thorough HR needs assessments for clients, identifying areas for improvement and recommending tailored solutions.
  9. Manage employee benefits and compensation, ensuring competitive and attractive packages are in place.
  10. Stay updated on HR trends and best practices in the outsourcing industry, and proactively share insights and recommendations with clients.
  11. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth HR operations and seamless integration with other business functions.
  12. Maintain accurate HR records and generate insightful reports to assist clients in making informed workforce decisions.
  13. Manage employee relations including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions and fostering a positive work environment.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (a plus.
  2. At least, 3 years of proven experience as an HR Executive in managing HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
  3. Solid understanding of HR Practices, policies, and employment laws.
  4. Strong client management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex HR concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  6. Exceptional leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to influence and drive positive change.
  7. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on strategic thinking.
  8. Relevant certifications (CIPM, CIPD) are highly desirable.
