Job Position: Human Resources (HR) Manager

Job Description
- We are looking for an HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in employee recruitment, with a thorough understanding of HR policies and procedures.
- We’re eager to find a human resources manager who connects easily with people and has a detail-oriented mind-set for handling the dynamic nature of today’s workforce.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Nurture a positive working environment.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.
- Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently.
- Maintain company organization charts and employee directory.
- Maintain HR systems and processes.
- Design and implement employee retention strategies.
- Manage all core HR departmental areas, including payroll, employee relations, HR admin, learning and development, internal recruitment, employee engagement, and maintaining and improving HR systems.
- Ensure the onboarding process is handled in a professional manner to expedite the settling in period.
- Identify staffing needs and manage the creation of job descriptions and handbooks.
- Manage the diversity, equality, and inclusion values and practices within the company.
- Make sure that company values and approach are utilised to strengthen the organisational culture.
- Consistently recruiting excellent staff.
- Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
- Creating clear and concise reports.
- Handle confidential matters with discretion.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a business-related subject.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a HR or employee recruitment role.
- Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive
- Familiarity with HR software.
