NoemDek Limited is an EPC Company incorporated in Nigeria in 2012, to provide specialized services to the Oil & Gas, Power Generation, FMCGs, etc. Over the past five years, the firm and its international partners have supported clients on large infrastructure projects and after-sales services to ensure the assets are maintained effectively and a client’s operations run smoothly.

Job Position: Human Resources Manager

Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization’s overall goals and objectives.
  2. Provide strategic guidance to senior management on human capital matters.
  3. Oversee employee relations, address concerns, and promote a positive work culture.
  4. Ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
  5. Lead the recruitment and onboarding process to attract and retain top talent.
  6. Develop and implement effective retention strategies, including career development and succession planning.
  7. Design and implement performance management systems to drive employee development and productivity.
  8. Provide coaching and support to managers in conducting performance evaluations and addressing performance issues.
  9. Identify training needs and coordinate the development and delivery of training programs.
  10. Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with relevant regulations.
  11. Conduct periodic benchmarking and make recommendations for adjustments.
  12. Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
  13. Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  14. Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and overall well-being.
  15. Conduct employee surveys and feedback sessions to gather insights.
  16. Facilitate the resolution of workplace conflicts and disputes.
  17. Conduct investigations as necessary and recommend appropriate actions.
  18. Develop and analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs.
  19. Prepare regular reports for senior management.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  2. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Proficient in MS Office particularly Excel
  5. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  6. Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
  7. Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  8. Team player with a positive attitude.
  9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  10. Strategic thinker with the ability to translate strategies into actionable plans.
  11. Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
  12. High level of integrity and discretion.
