Job Position: Human Resources Manager
Job Location: Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Leading HR & Administrative initiatives in alignment with the overall organisational objectives and international best practice.
- Developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies to identify, hire and manage top talents to meet manpower needs.
- Coordinating onboarding programs to integrate new employees smoothly.
- Driving performance management processes and employee development programs.
- Developing and implementing career development and succession planning systems.
- Handling complex employee relations issues and provide guidance on policy and legal compliance.
- Providing overall guidance, leadership and support and strategic direction in the execution of all HR & administrative functions and activities.
- Ensuring compliance with employment-related laws and regulations.
- Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field and post-graduate degree in a related field/MBA
- Minimum of eight years proven experience in human resources, with at least three years in a senior management role
- Relevant professional certifications e.g. CIPM, SHRM
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Strong knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
- Demonstrated ethical conduct and adherence to industry regulations.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and maintaining industry certifications.
