Job Position: Human Resources Manager

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  • Leading HR & Administrative initiatives in alignment with the overall organisational objectives and international best practice.
  • Developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies to identify, hire and manage top talents to meet manpower needs.
  • Coordinating onboarding programs to integrate new employees smoothly.
  • Driving performance management processes and employee development programs.
  • Developing and implementing career development and succession planning systems.
  • Handling complex employee relations issues and provide guidance on policy and legal compliance.
  • Providing overall guidance, leadership and support and strategic direction in the execution of all HR & administrative functions and activities.
  • Ensuring compliance with employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field and post-graduate degree in a related field/MBA
  • Minimum of eight years proven experience in human resources, with at least three years in a senior management role
  • Relevant professional certifications e.g. CIPM, SHRM
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Strong knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
  • Demonstrated ethical conduct and adherence to industry regulations.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and maintaining industry certifications.
