Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives with the overall business strategy
  2. Manage the recruitment and selection process.
  3. Nurture a positive working environment.
  4. Overseas and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  5. Report to management and provide decision support
  6. Maintain pay plan and benefits program.

Job Requirements

  1. Proven 3-5 years of working experience as an HR MANAGER or EXECUTIVE
  2. Knowledge of HR system and Database.
  3. Demonstrate experience with Human Resources metrics.
  4. in-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  5. Degree in Human Resources or related field.

Salary Range
₦100,000 – ₦150,000
