Job Position: Human Resources Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist with payroll preparation, benefits administration, and leave management.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary issues.
- Support performance management, training, and staff development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company HR policies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Admin, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of HR experience; HR certification, CIPM is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and labour laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel.
