Job Position: Human Resources Manager
Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation.
  2. Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
  3. Assist with payroll preparation, benefits administration, and leave management.
  4. Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary issues.
  5. Support performance management, training, and staff development initiatives.
  6. Ensure compliance with labour laws and company HR policies.

Qualifications & Skills

  1. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Admin, or a related field.
  2. At least 5 years of HR experience; HR certification, CIPM is an advantage.
  3. Strong knowledge of HR practices and labour laws.
  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office, Excel.
