Job Position: Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
Location: Ikeja, Lagos

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our business objectives by providing strategic and operational HR guidance.

The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to management and employees, ensuring effective implementation of HR policies, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Partner with department heads to align HR strategies with business goals.
  2. Guide employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary matters.
  3. Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes.
  4. Monitor staff performance and engagement, and provide regular feedback.
  5. Participate in training, development, and welfare initiatives.
  6. Prepare and submit HR reports and analytics to management.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 3–5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or similar HR role.
  3. Experience in FINTECH is an added advantage
  4. Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
  5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
