Job Description

  1. We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Human Resource Officer to join our growing team.
  2. You will play a key role in supporting our employee life-cycle, from recruitment and on-boarding to performance management and employee relations.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Assist with recruitment and selection processes, including advertising vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  2. Onboard new employees, ensuring they understand company policies, procedures, and culture.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  4. Process payroll and benefits administration.
  5. Coordinate employee training and development programs.
  6. Manage employee relations, including handling grievances and disciplinary actions.
  7. Provide support and guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures.
  8. Stay up-to-date on HR best practices and legal requirements.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar HR role.
  3. Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  5. Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR software (a plus).
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
