Job Position: Human Resources Officer

Job Locations: Ikeja, Lagos and Sango-Ota, Ogun

Job Responsibilities

  1. Support, develop and implement HR initiatives
  2. Ensure all legal guidelines are adhered to in the operations of the organization.
  3. Maintain payroll for the whole team keeping in mind payroll guidelines
  4. Create and implement effective onboarding plans
  5. Develop training and development programs
  6. Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance

Job Requirements

  1. A Degree in Business Administration, Management or other relevant fields
  2. Minimum of 3 years work experience in Distilleries, Breweries or FMCG
  3. Human Resources certificate is an added advantage
  4. Computer skills including Ms office suite, Outlook programs and e-mail at high proficiency level
  5. Attention to details and high level of accuracy

Salary
N120,000 – N150,000 monthly.
