Job Position: Human Resources Officer
Location: Abuja (FCT)

About the Role

They are seeking a Human Resource Officer to support their people operations and culture.

The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensure HR processes run smoothly in line with company goals and compliance requirements.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and staff orientation.
  2. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labour laws.
  3. Coordinate performance appraisal and employee engagement initiatives.
  4. Handle payroll support, benefits administration, and HR documentation.
  5. Support learning and development activities and policy implementation.
  6. Serve as a point of contact for staff relations and HR support.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years HR experience, preferably in a tech or fast-paced environment.
  3. Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  5. HR certification (e.g., CIPM) is an added advantage.
  6. The candidate should be available to resume immediately or at the shortest notice.
