Job Position: Human Resources Officer

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Serve as the recruitment officer in all recruitment campaigns shortlist, advertise, schedule interviews, coordinate logistics, prepare final dossier as well as other related document, etc.).
  2. Prepare new and update all existing HR procedures & processes, including staff hand-book.
  3. Co-ordinate all staff & Board mission & training logistics (car, flight, accommodation, etc.)
  4. Validate all claims as relates to travel, out-of-station, mission, etc.
  5. Carry out career meetings with staff to assess engagement and career aspirations.
  6. Facilitate implementation of HR Systems to capture and improve management of staff records.
  7. Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly report to management, regulators and Board or as required.
  8. Participate in all studies as relates to employee management.
  9. Assist in defining a good work culture and follow through the re-enforcement of same.
  10. Design & execute various workforce communication to promote good Company Culture & office behaviour.
  11. Carry out other duties as assigned by the Chief People Officer and act in the absence of same.

Job Requirements
Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, or other related field 2-5 years experience.

  1. Passionate about the Human Resources function
  2. Strong people management skills
  3. Ability to effectively manage conflict in the workplace
  4. Excellent planning, prioritizing and implementation skills
  5. Ability to effectively manage others.

Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 / month.
