Job Description
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our dynamic team.
- The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our organization’s human capital needs and ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
Job Responsibilities
Recruitment and Selection:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Screen and interview candidates, assessing their qualifications and fit with the company culture.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
Employee Relations:
- Address employee inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Investigate and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring a fair and equitable workplace.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and mediation.
Performance Management:
- Develop and implement performance management systems.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
- Identify training and development needs to support employee growth.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Administer compensation programs, including salary reviews and bonus structures.
- Manage employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment of wages and benefits.
HR Policies and Procedures:
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Training and Development:
- Identify and coordinate training and development opportunities for employees.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
Employee Engagement:
- Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
- Gather employee feedback and suggestions for improvement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in HR management software (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Experience in a fast-paced or start-up environment.
- Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SPHR).
- Experience with employee relations investigations.
