Job Position: Human Resources Officer

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Proper documentation and appropriate filing of staff, clients, customers records
  2. Working with departmental management to ensure HR strategies are aligned with departmental objectives.
  3. Preparing job descriptions, publishing job adverts and On boarding new starters/new staff inductions
  4. Enforcing company policies, procedures and assist in implementing disciplinary procedures.
  5. Writing official emails, letters, proposals and agreements
  6. Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  7. Demonstrated understanding of the importance of maintaining strict confidentiality
  8. Exercising discretion when handling sensitive information.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years experience.

Salary 
N150,000 – N200,000 / month.
