Job Position: Human Resources Officer
Job Location: Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Proper documentation and appropriate filing of staff, clients, customers records
- Working with departmental management to ensure HR strategies are aligned with departmental objectives.
- Preparing job descriptions, publishing job adverts and On boarding new starters/new staff inductions
- Enforcing company policies, procedures and assist in implementing disciplinary procedures.
- Writing official emails, letters, proposals and agreements
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Demonstrated understanding of the importance of maintaining strict confidentiality
- Exercising discretion when handling sensitive information.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years experience.
Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 / month.
