Job Position: Human Resources Officer
Job Location: Lagos
Job Requirements
- HND / BSc in the relevant field
- Must be certified of the Chartered Institute of Personal Management
- Must have at least 5yrs experience of HR Management in an industrial environment
- Must have experience in the management of a large workforce of 500 workers and above
- Must have an experience in massive recruitment
- Must be well versed in Nigeria Labour Law and all other applicable rules and directives
- Must have experience in conflict resolution, grievance procedure
- Must know the standard HS&E guidelines.
