Job Position: Human Resources Officer
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Job Description
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources Manager
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
- Oversee HR events and meetings and coordinate management employee communications
- Write and submit reports on general HR activities
- Support HR-related training programs, workshops and seminar
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
- Assist with the process of recruitment, assisting with interviews and Onboarding
- Continuously learn the latest HR practices to improve workplace efficiency.
Job Qualifications
- A Degree in Human Resources Management or any related field.
- Not less than two (2) years experience as an HR Officer or related position
- Working knowledge of HR functions and best practices
- Dynamic and outgoing personality to interface with all levels of staff, while maintaining confidentiality at all times
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Rigorous, reliable, autonomous and self-driven
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and Zoho
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
