Job Position: Administrative / Human Resources (HR) Personnel

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
  2. Provide strategic guidance on HR matters to management e.g. performance management, disciplinary actions & employee development.
  3. Recruitment & Selection: manage recruitment process plus sourcing, screening, interviewing candidates, onboarding, promote employee relations (conflict & grievances etc)
  4. HR policies & compliance e.g. implement HR policies & procedures that align with industry best practices & comply with relevant labour laws /regulations.
  5. Support employee relations, conflict resolution, and foster a positive work environment.
  6. Identify employee development needs and recommend training programs.
  7. Plus other HR functions.

Job Requirements

  1. A University Degree and professional certifications such as CIPM, PHRI is an added advantage.
  2. Experience level : Minimum of 4 years
  3. Ability to manage administrative tasks, contributing to make the company a better place to work.

  1. Proven experience in HR role
  2. Strong attention to details
  3. Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  4. Ability to build rapport & establish effective working relationships with employees at all levels.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Salary
N120,000 – N150,000 Monthly.
