Job Description

  1. Development and implementation of strategies around the selection and implementation of end user computing devices like laptops, desktops, workstations, and mobile devices.
  2. Development and implementation of strategies around security of company data on end user computing devices and servers.
  3. Evaluate emerging ICT technologies and trends relevant to the upstream oil and gas industry and recommend innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and competitiveness.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in technology, Computer Science, or related field. Advanced degree (e.g., Master’s) preferred.
  2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in related role
  3. Proficiency in ICT systems and tools, including enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, supervisory control, and data acquisition (SCADA) systems, and geographic information systems (GIS).
  4. Thorough understanding of ICT governance frameworks, such as ITIL, COBIT, and ISO standards.
  5. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards applicable to the upstream oil and gas sector, such as API, ISO, and NIST
