Job Position: Communication and Information Technology Executive

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • The Communication and Information Technology Executive will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s information technology infrastructure and communication systems.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s communication networks, hardware, and software systems, and ensuring that they are aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop, implement and maintain the company’s communication systems and information technology infrastructure.
  2. Manage and maintain network systems, including LAN, WAN, and VPN.
  3. Design and implement network security measures and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  4. Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of company data and information.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the performance of the company’s communication and information technology systems, and make recommendations for improvements where necessary.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure the smooth operation of the company’s communication and information technology systems.
  7. Provide technical support and guidance to staff, as required.
  8. Manage and maintain software systems, including databases, servers, and applications.
  9. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to communication and information technology systems.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 4+ years of experience in a similar role.
  3. Strong technical knowledge of LAN, WAN, VPN, and network security protocols.
  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Experience with database management, server management, and software applications.
  6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
  7. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
