Job Position: Interior Architect
Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  1. We are seeking a creative and detail-driven Interior Architect to design and implement interior spaces that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
  2. The ideal candidate will combine architectural knowledge with interior design expertise to develop spatial layouts, custom fittings, and detailed drawings that reflect the client’s vision and needs.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop interior architecture concepts and translate them into functional, buildable plans.
  2. Prepare detailed architectural drawings, space planning layouts, and technical specifications.
  3. Design and oversee custom-built interior elements, fixtures, and furniture.
  4. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.
  5. Work closely with engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure design execution meets specifications.
  6. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  7. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and resolve design issues.
  8. Create 3D models, renderings, and presentation materials for client approvals.
  9. Source materials and finishes while ensuring design integrity and cost-efficiency.
  10. Stay informed about interior architecture trends, technologies, and sustainable practices.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in interior architectural design.
  3. Proficient in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Adobe Creative Suite).
  4. Strong understanding of materials, finishes, lighting, and furniture design.
  5. Excellent communication, visual presentation, and project coordination skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  7. Knowledge of construction standards and Lagos building regulations is a plus.

Salary
N250,000 monthly.
