Job Description

  1. To deliver on predefined work objectives while gaining structured work experience in the business area
  2. To perform varied tasks which may include research, analysis, administration, process and project work that add value to the business area

Job Responsibilities

  1. Adhere to the organisations shared values, service standards and Treating Customers Fairly outcomes with regards to customer interaction
  2. Resolve customer dissatisfaction or complaints and take ownership of the problem
  3. Communicate with customers according to agreed standards
  4. Collect customer feedback to help improve customer service
  5. Ensure that product knowledge and advice is technically accurate
  6. Work with enhanced processes and procedures to maintain operational efficiencies
  7. Ensure that quality standards are adhered to
  8. Adheres to c policies and procedures
  9. Maintain accurate activity reports
  10. Investigate innovative ways to optimise processes
  11. Contribute to the alignment of business processes to customer service
  12. Advise line management on potential opportunities for process and system improvements
  13. Demonstrate the shared value of, I get better and better
  14. Demonstrate pride in the organisations brand services and products by consistently delivering on the brands promise
  15. Follow through to ensure that personal quality and productivity standards are consistently and accurately maintained
  16. Stay relevant and up to date with legislations and new developments
  17. Maintain a positive attitude and respond openly to feedback
  18. Handle stress in ways that do not negatively impact others
  19. Plan and manage own workflow anticipating obstacles juggling priorities and following through on objectives within agreed time frames and according to quality standards
