Job Position: Intern Management / Tools Supervisor
Job Location: Anthony Village, Lagos
Job Responsibilities
Support Ticket Management:
- Efficiently assign support tickets to the Field Support Team (FST) using the Bitrix24 platform, ensuring they are directed to the correct area coordinators and Field Support Technicians for timely resolution.
Client Status Checks:
- Conduct thorough status checks on clients using the Smart OLT and radius manager systems before closing support and outage tickets to confirm issue resolution and client satisfaction.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and documentation on all support activities, ensuring accuracy and transparency in records.
Team Collaboration and Participation:
- Actively participate in team meetings, contributing to discussions on live support tickets, and providing input on ticket management and resolution strategies.
Real-time Updates:
- Support the team by providing prompt and accurate updates on each support ticket and outage via the Bitrix24 platform, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of the current status.
Cross-departmental Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other departments and units to address support escalations and outage tickets, facilitating effective resolution through coordinated efforts.
Daily Review and Ticket Clearance:
- Perform daily reviews and ensure the clearance of pending support tickets and outages on Bitrix24, addressing any unresolved issues and ensuring timely updates and resolutions.
