Job Position: Internal Control and Compliance Executive

Job Position

1. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Internal Control and Compliance Executive to join our team.
2. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating internal processes, identifying risks, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
3. You’ll play a key role in safeguarding the company’s integrity and promoting operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities

1. Design, review, and enforce internal control and compliance systems across the organisation
2. Monitor and report on operational, financial, and regulatory risks
3. Conduct internal audits and ensure the timely closure of control gaps
4. Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
5. Develop compliance programs and deliver training to staff on regulatory updates
6. Collaborate with departments to implement corrective actions and process improvements
7. Maintain and update documentation for compliance checks and audit trails

Requirements

1. B.Sc. or HND in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 3 to 5 years of proven experience in internal control, audit, or compliance roles.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent knowledge of risk management and internal control frameworks.
5. High attention to detail and a strong sense of ethics.
6. Proficiency in the MS Office Suite and familiarity with audit tools are advantages.
7. Professional certifications (e.g., ICAN, ACCA, CIA, CISA) are a plus
8. The ability to resume work immediately is a strong advantage.

Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 monthly
