Job Position: Internal Control Officer

Job Location: Lagos

Job Descriptions

  1. Implementing and maintaining effective internal controls within the organization.
  2. Assessing processes and identifying potential risks.
  3. Developing and implementing measures to mitigate identified risks.
  4. Ensuring compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  5. Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls.
  6. Identifying control deficiencies and recommending improvements.
  7. Conducting internal audits to assess the organization’s adherence to controls and policies.

Job Requirements

  • Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from a reputable university.
  • 7- 10 years of Fintech experience with a minimum of three (3) years of banking.
  • Should reside in Lekki or environs.
  • Analytical skills for auditing and investigation purposes.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in policy and regulatory interpretation and implementation
  • Note: Fintech Experience is compulsory.
