Job Position: Internal Control Officer
Job Location: Lagos
Job Descriptions
- Implementing and maintaining effective internal controls within the organization.
- Assessing processes and identifying potential risks.
- Developing and implementing measures to mitigate identified risks.
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls.
- Identifying control deficiencies and recommending improvements.
- Conducting internal audits to assess the organization’s adherence to controls and policies.
Job Requirements
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from a reputable university.
- 7- 10 years of Fintech experience with a minimum of three (3) years of banking.
- Should reside in Lekki or environs.
- Analytical skills for auditing and investigation purposes.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in policy and regulatory interpretation and implementation
- Note: Fintech Experience is compulsory.
