Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced Investment Analyst to join our property development firm.
Job Responsibilities
- Conducting financial analysis of potential property development projects, including cash flow analysis, sensitivity analysis, and risk assessment
- Performing due diligence on potential investment opportunities, including market analysis, site visits, and competitive analysis
- Developing financial models and projections for potential investment opportunities
- Creating investment memos and presenting investment recommendations to senior management
- Monitoring and analyzing industry trends and economic indicators to inform investment decisions
- Collaborating with other departments within the company, including legal, accounting, and marketing teams
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in investment analysis, preferably in the property business and banking.
- Portfolio matching skills.
- Strong financial modeling skills and experience using Excel.
- Ability to structure finance and payment to suit repayments and high ROI for clients and company.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
