Job Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Description

  • We are seeking an experienced Investment Analyst to join our property development firm.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Conducting financial analysis of potential property development projects, including cash flow analysis, sensitivity analysis, and risk assessment
  2. Performing due diligence on potential investment opportunities, including market analysis, site visits, and competitive analysis
  3. Developing financial models and projections for potential investment opportunities
  4. Creating investment memos and presenting investment recommendations to senior management
  5. Monitoring and analyzing industry trends and economic indicators to inform investment decisions
  6. Collaborating with other departments within the company, including legal, accounting, and marketing teams

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in investment analysis, preferably in the property business and banking.
  3. Portfolio matching skills.
  4. Strong financial modeling skills and experience using Excel.
  5. Ability to structure finance and payment to suit repayments and high ROI for clients and company.
  6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  7. Ability work independently and as part of a team.
  8. Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
