About the job

We are seeking a skilled IT Applications & Automation Specialist to oversee the setup, administration, and customisation of Zoho applications and other business automation tools. This role will be responsible for optimising work processes through Zoho Creator, Power Apps, and other automation platforms, ensuring seamless integration and efficiency across business functions.

Job Responsibilities
Zoho Applications Management:

  1. Configure, administer, and customise Zoho One applications (Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, etc.) to align with business needs.
  2. Develop and maintain automation workflows within Zoho applications to improve productivity.
  3. Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings across Zoho platforms.
  4. Provide training and support to end-users on Zoho applications and new features.

Business Process Automation & Integration:

  1. Design, develop, and deploy custom applications and workflows using Zoho Creator, Microsoft Power Apps, and other low-code automation platforms.
  2. Automate manual business processes and integrate Zoho with third-party systems and APIs.
  3. Develop and maintain custom scripts and automation using Deluge scripting (Zoho), MS-Power Automate, and other workflow tools.
  4. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce errors through automation.
  5. Develop integrations between Zoho, M365, and other third-party applications using APIs and automation tools.

System Administration & Support:

  1. Monitor and troubleshoot Zoho applications and integrations to ensure system stability.
  2. Collaborate with various departments to gather requirements and implement system enhancements.
  3. Manage data migration, system upgrades, and backups for Zoho applications.
  4. Monitor and manage software licenses, ensuring compliance with vendor agreements.
  5. Manage and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Microsoft Intune, Power Apps, OneDrive, etc.
  6. Provide technical support for Zoho and M365 users, addressing system issues and resolving IT-related inquiries.
  7. Document system configurations, workflows, and troubleshooting procedures.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  1. Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  2. 2+ years of experience in Zoho application administration, customisation, and automation.
  3. Hands-on experience with Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, and Deluge scripting.
  4. Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, or similar low-code automation tools.
  5. Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
  6. Familiarity with SQL, JavaScript, or other scripting languages for automation.
  7. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to optimise business workflows.
  8. Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience with Zoho Analytics, Zoho Flow, and other Zoho ecosystem tools.
  2. Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, RPA tools, or other automation technologies.
  3. Previous experience in ERP or business process automation.
