Job Position: IT Network & Communications Manager

Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Description
Accountabilities:

  1. Act as lead technical expert providing support to IT support personnel on network infrastructure related issues affecting business operations
  2. Analyzing and monitoring network performance
  3. Providing network support and resolving connectivity issues
  4. Responsible for installing, configuring and troubleshooting network devices such as switches, routers, firewalls and other network security appliances
  5. Setting up LAN and WAN networks, as well as Voice Over IP
  6. Performing system administration tasks and ensuring network security
  7. Documenting processes and monitoring network performance
  8. Collaborate with other team members to execute infrastructure projects.

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems
  • 3 – 5 years post NYSC work experience as a network analyst or network administrator
  • In-depth knowledge or networking principles and the applications
  • Ability to keep abreast of new and emerging technologies in data and network communications
  • Good organization and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage a team of junior analysts.
