Job Position: IT Onsite Support Officer

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  1. Performs first level Support/ Application development in a less complex environment with detailed guidance from seniors.
  2. Provides first level support/ conducts basic analysis for the assigned activities in IT basis the given technical specification or assigned SOP.
  3. Assigned activities may involve L1 support application, basic coding, updating SOPs, IT equipment maintenance and installation etc.
  4. Reports all risks/ issues related to the assigned activities to seniors and acts basis the guidance provided.
