Job Position: IT Professional

Job Location: Phase 1, Lagos

Job Description

  • Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications.

Networking:

  1. Talk staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues
  2. Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving software or hardware faults with respect to routers, switches, internet and Ethernet
  3. Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
  4. Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades
  5. Setting up accounts for staff, educate them on log in and resolve issues arising ERP solutions such as QuickBooks etc.
  6. Should be available to Travel around Nigeria to different company branches to set up, upgrade or take down existing systems
  7. Experience with Web design, digital and social media marketing, Back end development.

Job Requirements

  1. Candidates should possess a minimum of HND / B.Sc Degree with 2 – 8 years relevant work experience.
  2. Should possess a COMPTIA+ Certification.

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 Monthly.
