Job Position: IT Relief Officer

Job Location: Sagamu, Ogun

Job Responsibilities

  1. Provide 1st & 2nd–Level Help desk support
  2. Investigat e& reply to queries from Users
  3. Plan, Monitor & Optimize IT support activities.
  4. Managing the efficiency & quantity of IT support services.
  5. Monitoring & escalation of users’ requests according to relevant SLA.
  6. Manage the configuration, maintenance & repair of IT equipment.
  7. Maintain an inventory of all Hardware deployed to users.

Job Requirements

  1. Ability to trouble shooting and solving computer network, and TCP/IP- related problems.
  2. Knowledge of Basic Router and Switch configuration
  3. Knowledge of Modem configuration to support both wireless and wired network

Salary
N55,000 monthly (Net)
