Job Position: IT Sales Associate

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Conducts quick market assessments to identify potential clients.
  2. Gathers customer feedback and advise customers on their purchasing decisions
  3. Articulate the technical features and functionalities of our services
  4. Assist in developing an effective sales strategy for the market
  5. Set and complete monthly sales targets
  6. Research and identify market opportunities
  7. Conduct product demonstrations for clients, and communicate product costs
  8. Present and negotiate service renewal contracts and terms
  9. Gather feedback from customers and provide after-sales support when required
  10. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, IT, or related field
  2. Working knowledge of IT industry, terminology, products, and services
  3. Ability to learn the use of online learning platform and explain how such system works
  4. Strong internet navigation and communication skills
  5. A team player, as well as the ability to work independently.

Salary
N100,000 – N120,000 Monthly.
