Job Position: IT specialist with Hardware Experience

Job Description
- We are looking for a skilled IT Specialist with a strong background in hardware repair to join our team at Cash N Carry Electronics.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing computer systems and hardware, ensuring seamless operations and providing technical support to our staff.
- This role requires a detail-oriented professional with excellent problem-solving skills and a solid understanding of computer and network hardware.
Job Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software systems.
- Diagnose and repair hardware issues on desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Perform data recovery and ensure data integrity.
- Monitor and optimize server and network performance.
- Implement and maintain operating systems and software applications.
- Provide technical support and training to users.
- Perform routine maintenance and updates on computer systems and networks.
- Administer local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and peripheral devices.
- Evaluate and install computer hardware, networking software, and applications.
- Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues.
- Develop and maintain spreadsheets and databases; automate processes for data entry, analysis, and reporting.
- Conduct data backups and disaster recovery operations.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as an IT specialist with a focus on hardware repair.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of hardware issues.
- Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP protocols, and network technologies.
- Experience with common software and hardware tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, diagnostic, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, MS Office, and Outlook Mail.
- CCENT/CCNA qualifications are preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
