Job Position: IT Support Executive

Job Location: Egbeda / Ipaja Axis, Lagos

Job Description

  1. Design new arrangements to enhance the strength of the present network condition.
  2. Investigate network issues and blackouts; redesign and work together with network designers on network enhancement.
  3. Support firewall, hardware, and server in accordance with established IT security procedures.
  4. Provide remote help to our remote locations.

Job Requirements

  1. B.Sc in Computer Science/Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
  2. Minimum of 2 years cognate experience.
  3. Knowledge of systems engineering, computer maintenance, server administration, installation, repair and troubleshooting.
  4. Hands-on experience with network monitoring and network diagnostic tools.
  5. Good analytical and problem-solving skills to assess network performance and recommend changes.
  6. Good interpersonal skills to communicate with users, vendors and other IT personnel.
