Job Position: IT Support Intern

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

1. Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including hardware and    software.
2. Support end-users with technical issues and provide troubleshooting assistance.
3. Help manage and maintain network systems, including monitoring and resolving connectivity issues.
4. Assist in maintaining security protocols and procedures to protect company data and systems.
5. Participate in the installation and upgrade of software applications.
6. Document IT procedures and processes to ensure consistent and efficient operations.
7. Collaborate with the Engineering team on various projects and initiatives to improve overall system performance.
8. Stay updated on the latest IT trends and technologies.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and security principles.
3. Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and Linux.
4. Some experience or coursework in hardware and software troubleshooting.
5. Understanding of basic networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
6. A keen interest in IT and a proactive attitude towards learning.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
8. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
