Job Position: IT / Website Support Executive
Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Maintenance of networks infrastructures
- Supporting online presence and operations
- Identifying and responding to all website security breaches
- General systems support / network support / website support
- Supporting IT securities, data, storages, and communications systems
- Ensuring website quality and efficiency by conducting regular test plans.
- Upload appropriate website content aligned with the organization’s strategy.
- Keeping up to date with industry best practices and monitoring competitor websites.
- Manage website troubleshooting, site updates, plugin updates, server or hosting issues, email creation and troubleshooting, etc.
