Job Overview

Our client is recruiting a smart and committed Junior Associate with strong problem-solving and research skills.

Job Responsibilities

1. The candidate must have strong litigation and drafting skills and must be able to do so with little supervision.
2. The ability to appear in courts alone is greatly desired.
3. The candidate must have excellent written and oral communication skills and exhibit good team spirit.

Requirements

1. A Bachelor’s degree in Law.
2. Must have at least 5-7 years of post-call experience in litigation.
3. Must have strong knowledge of current court decisions of superior courts and statutes.
4. Must have good interpersonal and team-playing skills.
5. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
