Job Position: Junior Marketing Analyst

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify industry trends, market opportunities, and competitive insights.
  2. Analyze customer data, demographics, and behavior to provide actionable recommendations for marketing campaigns.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing strategies that align with business goals.
  4. Track and measure the performance of marketing campaigns, generating reports to inform decision-making.
  5. Assist in the creation and execution of social media campaigns, content creation, and email marketing initiatives.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and marketing tools to provide valuable insights and recommendations.

Job Requirements

  1. A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
  4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  5. Understanding of marketing concepts and best practices.
  6. Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and SEO is a plus.
  7. Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and within a team.
  8. Proven ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
