Job Description
- We are seeking a Product Manager to optimize our product development process and enhance our customer support experience.
- This role involves facilitating agile methodologies, managing task workflows, and coordinating with the customer support team to ensure timely issue resolution.
Job Responsibilities
Agile Process Facilitation:
- Lead agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives).
- Ensure the team adheres to agile principles and practices.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
Task Management:
- Manage the task management tool (Linear) to optimize workflow.
- Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure timely completion.
- Provide visibility into project status.
Technical Support Coordination:
- Collaborate with the customer support team to understand technical issues.
- Prioritize and escalate technical issues to the engineering team.
- Track issue resolution and identify patterns for improvement.
Content Creation:
- Develop and maintain FAQs, user guides, and demo videos.
- Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles.
Customer Feedback:
- Monitor customer feedback through NPS and CSAT surveys.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify product improvement opportunities.
Job Requirements
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer science or a related field
- Certified Scrum Master with experience
- 2+ years of experience in product management.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Experience working in an agile environment and familiarity with agile methodologies.
- Passion for user experience, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality products.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
