Job Position: Key Account Representative

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Proficiently oversee and manage all aspects of assigned accounts from initial lead identification through to payment finalization, ensuring an efficient closure of the business cycle.
  2. Foster strong trust-based relationships within a designed client portfolio, attaining a comprehensive understanding of their business objectives and requirements.
  3. Stay informed of evolving client production trends, investment initiatives, and industry dynamics to identify emerging business opportunities and maintain a robust pipeline for potential growth.
  4. Develop monthly action plans to meet or exceed product and service sales targets set.
  5. Work closely with the clients through their decision-making and selection process and seek opportunities to propose solutions and give a leading edge over competing products in new sales opportunities.
  6. Work closely with different departments to identify new opportunities.

Job Requirements

  1. A minimum of B.Sc in Mechanical / Electrical/ Chemical Engineering from a reputable university or related field.
  2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or related field.
  3. Experience in Water distribution and general industry, Portable Condition Monitoring devices, selling international pumps, KSB, Grundfos, Sulzer, water industry would be an advantage.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Internet Skills.
  5. Customer service skills
  6. Team player and good work ethic
  7. Report and presentation skills.
