Chilis Restaurant is a 24-hour restaurant that runs morning, afternoon and night shifts.

Job Position: Kitchen Accountant
Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Job Responsibilities 

  1. Ensure that foods are properly weighed before sending them to the eatery for proper documentation
  2. Ensure proper and accurate food portioning
  3. Ensure the product’s weight is noted down before it is passed to the eatery
  4. Balance both the kitchen and the eatery inventory accurately
  5. Prepare daily reports daily
  6. Prepare both the kitchen and the eatery inventory daily
  7. Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports related to kitchen operations, such as profit and loss statements, cost analysis reports, and budget variance reports.
  8. Auditing: Prepare to assist with internal and external audits of the kitchen.
  9. Data Analysis: Analyse financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement. Using insights from data to recommend and implement improvements in kitchen operations and cost management.
  10. Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff, management, and other departments to ensure financial transparency and efficiency.
  11. Software and System Management: Utilise accounting software and other financial management systems to manage financial data and processing.
  12. Assistance: You are to assist the cashier by working as a cashier to satisfy customers’ needs, and this includes working at night.
  13. It’s a 24-hour restaurant that runs morning, afternoon and night shifts
  14. Proximity to Ring Road, Ibadan, is preferred
  15. Available to resume immediately

Requirements

Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 2-5 years of working experience.

Salary
N50,000 – N70,000 per month.
