Job Description / Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide excellent customer service at all times.
- Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and well-stocked with necessary supplies (pens, forms, paper, etc.)
- Answer all client enquiries and incoming phone calls professionally.
- Redirect phone calls to the appropriate departments and take accurate messages when required.
- Receive all letters and packages and distribute them to the appropriate departments promptly.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or relevant qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years proven experience in a similar role.
- Good understanding of office administration and basic bookkeeping practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Salary Range
₦80,000 – ₦150,000 per month.
