Job Description

  • The Lawyer will be responsible for representing clients in legal proceedings, drafting legal documents, and offering legal advice.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Conduct research to support legal cases and transactions.
  2. Represent clients in court, before government agencies, and in private arbitration.
  3. Analyze legal issues relating to clients’ cases.
  4. Draft legal documents, including pleadings, contracts, and wills.
  5. Consult with colleagues to formulate defense strategies or to clarify interpretations of the law.

Job Requirements

  1. Juris Doctorate (JD) Degree from an accredited law school.
  2. First class or Second class Upper in Law School or University.
  3. A valid license to practice law.
  4. Minimum of 3 years experience in a legal role.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
