Job Responsibilities
- At Ubulu Africa, you’ll define and communicate product vision and strategy, developing a roadmap aligned with our mission and market trends.
- You’ll oversee the entire product lifecycle, managing a portfolio that meets quality standards and delivers user value.
- Collaboration with engineering, design, and other teams is key, ensuring clear communication, documentation and timely delivery of high-quality products.
- You’ll conduct market research, gather user feedback, and analyze competitors to inform product decisions.
- Leveraging your technical and design expertise, you’ll ensure products are both feasible and visually appealing.
- Tracking KPIs, you’ll optimize product performance through data analysis.
- You’ll communicate progress and outcomes to stakeholders, fostering strong relationships, and utilizing Agile methodologies to manage development processes efficiently.
Job Requirements
- We’re looking for a Lead Product Manager with a successful track record, coupled with a strong technical background that allows you to engage in technical discussions.
- Solid knowledge in product design, particularly with a focus on user experience and aesthetics, is essential.
- You should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to drive data-driven decision-making, along with strong communication and leadership abilities to influence and inspire teams.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and great documentation skills.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment, combined with a passion for digital innovation will be key.
