Job Description
- Candidate must be able to communicate Leadway products and services to prospective clients and give the best policy that will suit their needs.
- Customer focus: Ability to attend to customers’ inquiries, complaints, and provide rightful information
- Ability to network with prospective customers that will pick interest in your company.
- Ability to manage customers’ account portfolios and build good relationships.
- Ability to educate and give advisory support to individuals, parents, corporate workers, self-employed and other stakeholders in the society about the importance of having a life insurance policy.
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND qualification with 0 – 2 years of work experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically
