Job Description
- On behalf of our client, we seeking a Group Head, Learning Academy. The Learning Academy is responsible for designing and implementing innovative training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of employees throughout the organization.
- As the Group Head of the Learning Academy, you will be responsible for leading a team of learning professionals to deliver effective and engaging learning experiences that align with business goals.
- This position offers a unique opportunity to lead the learning strategy for a fast-growing organization, and to work with some of the most dynamic and innovative professionals in the financial services industry.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive learning strategy that aligns with business goals and objectives
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative training programs, both classroom and online
- Manage a team of learning professionals, including trainers, instructional designers, and learning technologists
- Develop and implement metrics to measure learning effectiveness and impact
- Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop learning solutions
- Collaborate with external vendors and consultants to ensure the delivery of high-quality learning experiences
- Develop and manage the Learning Academy budget
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources or related field
- 10+ years of experience in learning and development, including 5+ years of leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of learning theories, instructional design, and adult learning principles
- Proven track record of designing and delivering successful learning programs in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Experience managing a team of learning professionals
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to think strategically and translate business goals into learning outcomes.
