Job Position: Learning and Development Officer

Job Location: Sagamu, Ogun

Job Description

  • Learning and Development Specialist to organize and manage training programs and materials within budgetary limits.
  • The role involves collaborating with department managers to assess training needs, design effective training materials, and monitor trainee progress.
  • The ideal candidate will stay updated with the latest HR technologies and trends, identify company-wide training needs, and ensure that programs deliver measurable results.

Job Responsibilities

  • Organize and manage training programs and materials within the provided budget.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on trainee progress to management.
  • Assist in designing training materials for both existing employees and new hires.
  • Research and implement new HR technologies and training software solutions.
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify and meet the training needs of all departments.

Job Requirements

  • First degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SPHR, CIPD) is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in learning and development.
  • Experience in the manufacturing and FMCG sectors is highly desirable.

Salary
N200,000 – N300,000 Monthly.
