Job Description

  • This Learning & Development Specialist role handles the logistical aspects of training programs, design and develop training materials, and facilitate training sessions. The responsibilities include Training Coordination and Training Specialist

Job Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate logistics and administrative tasks for training programs (event planning, scheduling, registration) as they arise.
  2. Design and develop engaging training materials (presentations, eLearning modules, handouts).
  3. Facilitate training sessions using adult learning principles and effective presentation skills.
  4. Provide support to learners during and after training.
  5. Utilize available Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training software.
  6. Possess strong communication and customer service skills.

Job Requirements
Technical Skills:

  1. Proficiency in project management tools.
  2. Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  3. Multimedia and eLearning development tools.
  4. Basic understanding of adult learning principles.

Soft Skills:

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  3. Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  4. Adaptability and willingness to learn new things.
