Job Location: Lagos
Job Description
- We are looking to hire a suitable candidate to fill this position of Legal Adviser.
- This is a full-time law practice with a strong bias for litigation.
Job Responsibilities
- Representing clients in all the courts of record.
- Representing clients in other tribunals & dispute resolution fora.
- Drafting processes.
- Formulating strategy, research, drafting agreements & correspondences.
- Attending meetings & taking minutes.
- Supervising junior lawyers.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of a Degree qualification
- Minimum of 5 years post calls.
- Decent grades in both LLB & BL.
- Sound litigation experience
- Having practised in Lagos is an added advantage.
