Job Position: Legal Analyst
Job Location: Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in all issues relating to the Shareholders, the Board of Directors and Management including the administration of the board, committee and management meetings
- Administers the corporate registry for corporate documents for all key documents
- Acts as the Data Protection Officer for the organisation • Ensure the maintenance of up -to-date schedule of regulatory and statutory returns and filing of statutory returns as at when due.
- Conduct of legal research and constant monitoring of legal and regulatory changes
- Assist in maintaining legal databases and documentation systems
- Provide legal support in respect of contracts and legal advisory
- Attends to law enforcement directives in respect of customers’ accounts
- Performance of such other functions as may be properly assigned by the General Counsel & Counsel Secretary
